OEM/ODM Custom Furniture Manufacturing Services

You bring the design, or just the brief. We engineer, prototype, and manufacture living room and dining furniture at scale, with the structural control that only comes from owning the metal plant.

OEM or ODM — You Choose the Entry Point

Whether you arrive with CAD files or just a market gap, we have a production model that fits.

Material-by-Material Customization

Because we control metal fabrication in-house and manage upholstery production directly, we can quote and adjust at the component level — not just the finished product.

Our OEM/ODM Process

We have refined this process across two decades of continuous export manufacturing. Here is exactly what happens at each stage.

01
Inquiry & Feasibility Review

Send us your design brief, CAD files, reference photos, or product samples. Our engineering team reviews feasibility against our production capabilities and material inventory. You receive a preliminary feasibility response with honest feedback
— not a generic quote.

02
Engineering & Quotation

For OEM projects, we translate your design files into production-ready engineering drawings with material callouts, hardware specifications, and assembly sequences. For ODM projects, this is the full design development phase — concept sketches, structural calculations, material selection, and iterative refinement based on your feedback.

03
Design Confirmation

Every specification is locked in writing: dimensions, materials, hardware, surface treatment, and packaging configuration. Once you confirm in writing, the specification becomes the production reference standard for the full batch. No changes are introduced without your written approval.

04
Production

Once the design is confirmed, we schedule production across our lines based on material availability and current capacity. Your order runs alongside — not behind — other programs because we maintain line space for multiple simultaneous projects.

05
 Quality Control & Pre-Shipment Inspection

Every order passes through our three-stage quality system:
Incoming material verification, in-process inspection and pre-shipment inspection.

06
Shipping & Documentation

We prepare the full export documentation package — commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
